Jason DeLisi was very personable and friendly. He was very quick at providing us the necessary paperwork and was very patient while waiting for us to send them back and with me asking, what must have been, very silly questions (as a first time homeowner). He even continued monitoring the market after everything was signed and was able to get us a lower interest rate in just enough time! He was also available to provide me with financial advise in regards to down payments. On the day of settlement, Jason was faced with a unexpected emergency, and yet he still was able to make the settlement meeting so he could walk through the paperwork with us face to face. Though we did not meet in person until the day of settlement, it felt as though we had known each other for years. I could tell that Jason works very hard at what he does and takes his work very seriously.

Frankly, the most important thing a mortgage lender can do for my client is to make sure the money is at the closing on time. When my client makes a mortgage application with Eileen Marolla, that's a given. I never have to worry.
